A batch-able upsert strategy that relies on the SQL Merge statement.

Sample Generated SQL:
MERGE INTO tableName target USING (SELECT ?) source(ID) ON target.ID=source.ID
WHEN NOT MATCHED THEN INSERT (col1, col2, col3) VALUES (?, ?, ?)
WHEN MATCHED THEN UPDATE SET col1=?, col2=?, col3=?
